Biography

Dr. Wong received his B.Sc. and M.Phil. degrees from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1987 and 1989 respectively. He then went to University of California at Santa Barbara where he got the Ph.D. degree in 1993. Dr. Wong joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong in August 1993 as an assistant professor. He was promoted to associate professor in 1998. His research interests include transaction management, mobile Databases, data replication, distributed systems, expert systems and applications of fuzzy logic.
