Biography
Anthony Sum is affiliated with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He received his B.Eng. (1st Hons.) degree in Information Systems Engineering from Coventry University in U.K., M.Phil. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong (HKU).
Anthony Sum is also a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) registered with the Engineering Council in U.K., Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), and Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
His research interests include Medical Image Analysis, Pattern Recognition, Embedded System Design, and Robotics.
