Penalty for late submission of coursework (project and assignments): 15 % mark reduction for each 24 hours late.

Presentation timetable, 2023. Rules:
In each presentation session (total 15 minutes), all presentation and commentary group members should be present.
The teacher will show the video on screen. After the presentation, the commentary group will ask two relevant questions
and the presentation group should give suitable answers to these questions.

Project video development checklist:


A check list for students who are preparing the project video.
1) Remember to add caption (group number, names and SIDs of students) on first page of the PPT/video.
2) Add in the subtitle the name of the student who responsible for that part of the video.
3) Make sure the volume of the presentation audio is balanced throughout the whole video.
4) Add at the end the video a reference list showing the sources of the videos and pictures you used in your show.
5) Optional but help: add page number, so when others ask question they can point out a particular slide in the video.

During the presentation period, remind students of the followings:
a)    View ALL presentation videos on ENGG1000 Video Server BEFORE tutorials. (see the link in the references below)
b)    Each  student needs to give rating AND comment (INDIVIDUALLY) for N videos ONLINE.  (N >= 0.5 * # of groups; preferable ALL except own video)
e)    Participate at least 60% of the tutorials (ureply will be used for each tutorial to record attendance)
