Special technical sessions, panel discussions and industry tracks will be committed to all facets of reliability engineering in the era of Internet and e-commerce. Students who are authors on submitted regular papers are encouraged to apply for student travel grant. A selection of accepted refereed papers will undergo a second review for potential publication in a special section of IEEE Transactions on Reliability.
