Connie received her B.Sc.(First Class Honors) and M.Phil. degree in [[http://www.cs.cityu.edu.hk/|Department of Computer Science]] from [[http://www.cityu.edu.hk/|City University of Hong Kong]]. She completed for doctoral degree in Computer Science and Engineering in [[http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/|The Chinese University of Hong Kong]] in 2016. Her PhD supervisors are [[http://www.cse.cuhk.edu.hk/~ksleung/|Prof. K. S. Leung]] and [[http://www.cse.cuhk.edu.hk/~king/|Prof. Irwin King]]. She is an IEEE Senior Member.
