Biography
Dr. Cheong received his B.Sc. degree with first class honours in Computer Science, M.Phil, and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is now a lecturer of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the same university.
