Homeworks won't be graded. They will be issued on Wednesday and discussed in tutorial on Wednesday of the following week. Come to tutorial prepared. Tutorial participation counts towards your grade.
A short quiz with a single question related to the homework will be posted here on Friday (two days after the tutorial) before 9am. It must be turned in before 4pm. Late submissions will not be accepted, but the lowest quiz grade will be dropped from the count. Submit your quiz solutions here (a VPN connection is needed).
Tutorial participation will count towards your grade. You are required to attend the same tutorial section that you were assigned to in CUSIS every week. The tutorial slot is Wed 12.30-2.15. Please click on your TA's name to join a ZOOM tutorial, or ► to view previous recordings.

ESTR 2020 follows the same format as ENGG 2780A, but with additional readings and exercises, and a project to be presented in the second half of the semester. The exams and quizzes will be the same as in ENGG 2780A.
Projects can be done individually or with a partner. They will involve a short report and a presentation. The readings and exercises can be used as project leads, but you can feel free to choose your own topic in consultation with the course instructor or the TA. The presentation will make up half of your participation grade.
