Prof. Sinno Jialin PAN, had been elected an IEEE Fellow in the class of 2025, for contributions to transfer learning methodologies. Prof. Pan’s research interests include transfer learning, optimization for deep learning, neural-symbolic learning, physics-informed deep learning, etc. It is worth noting that Prof. Pan was also named to “AI’s 10 to Watch” by the IEEE Intelligent Systems magazine in 2018.
