Dr. Lee Moon-chuen received the B.Sc. degree (First Class Honours) in Engineering from University College London, the M.Sc. degree in Computing Science from Imperial College of Science and Technology and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from University of London. He is presently Associate Professor at the Department of Computer and Engineering of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His major research interests include network/computer security, content based image indexing and retrieval, adaptive video segmentation, video compression, multiplierless DCT algorithms, and web-based e-learning. In addition, he has accepted Jesus Christ as his Saviour.
