To be done (26 Feb 2010):
    a) Promotion committee (prepare drafts one  week from now and iterate design through email /internet)
        i) youtube video (preferably with Chinese only sub-titles or Chinese/English sub-titles)--
       ii) design of poster (A3 in ppt file) , T-shirt ( in a jpg file), banner ( in a jpg file),  easy roll( in a jpg file), handbills (with a little map of the concert hall , about 3x4 inches).etc. (Tai wing will do it)
       iii) 2 weeks (from 15 march 2010) before the concert we need to
             -- posting posters around the two engineering buildings.
             -- electronic promotion: 1) upload youtube videos
                                                  2) ask the faculty to show our video through the TVs at the two engineering buildings.
                                                  3) email promotion  information preferably in Chinese as well (with links to youtube and webpage)  to all engineering students/staff.
                                                   4) open facebook  group or other social network groups for the concert (we can do it now)
       iv) Road show promotion: For 3 days before the concert (from 12:00noon --> 2:pm  24(wed) ,25(thurs),26(fri)  march 2010)
            i) we will place a large TV at the open area between the two engineering building showing the a DVD of the concert  last year.
            ii) distribute handbills  3inches X 4 inches) to students passing by.
            we need two student helpers  each day for the above tasks.
           
    b) Program committee (prepare drafts one  week from now and iterate design through email /internet)
        i) collect information for the booklet from the contact person of each program.
       ii) design the flow of the program.
       ii) design the booklet (booklet of previous year can be found at  http://www.cse.cuhk.edu.hk/%7Ekhwong/ergmusic.html)

    c) Backstage committee
       i) coordinate with Master of ceremony for the actual running of the program,
       ii) assign different duties to helpers,
        - 2 for control room, controlling lighting etc.
        - 2 for video recording
        - 1 for sound recording
        - 2 for entrance gate keeping
        - 6->8 for setting music instruments, moving chairs, piano etc.
