Digital Agenda Forum: Final Call for registration

Dear members and friends,

Digital Agenda Forum on 26 April-- final call for registration

The public consultation on copyright protection in the digital environment will be ended on 30 April 2007. In response to the public concerns that brought, Office of Mr. Sin Chung Kai, CAHK, HKCS, HKITF, HKISPA, ISIA, ISOC-HK and WTIA, will hold the Digital Agenda Forum: the challenge of copyright in digital age. It has gained support from altogether 26 IT trade associations, IT professional bodies, major copyright concern groups and the Intellectual Property Department, with a view to providing a platform for stakeholders from different sectors to exchange opinions on future copyright law review.

Details are as follows:
Date: 26 April 2007 (Thursday)
Time: 9:00a.m. -12:30p.m.
Venue: High Function Room, 1/F, HKPC Building, 78 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong
Language: Cantonese with English terminology
Admission: Free of charge
Programme highlights: brief presentations by leading experts; and an interactive, OPEN-TO-THE-FLOOR roundtable discussion
