I am actively looking for potential Mphil and PhD students
to work under
my supervision, and you need:
- to be accepted by the University;
- to have
skills in (1) computer programming (C++, Matlab, GPU programing,
OpenGL/Direct X ...),
and (2) virtual reality and/or computer graphics and/or image
processing.
Candidates should have a background in computer graphics. Prior research/course work in computer graphics and/or image/video processing is an asset.
My current research interests include (1) virtual & augmented reality, (2) interactive graphics/animation, (3) hypermedia, (4) computer-assisted surgery, (5) mobile image/video processing and navigation, (6) tele-medicine, (7) realistic touch-enabled simulations.
