Mr. Cheong received his B.Sc. degree (First Class Honours) in computer science and M.Phil. degree in computer science and engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2004 and 2006 respectively. He is now an instructor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the same university.
