The MIP Lab is actively involved with the theoretical as well as practical aspects of multimedia information processing. More specifically, the lab focuses on research issues relating but not limited to financial engineering, image databases, indexing methods, information retrieval techniques, data mining and knowledge discovery, and agent technology.
