Recovery for transaction failures in object-based databases

The traditional recovery mechanism may be inefficient for object-based databases. In some cases, it may even be incompatible with the serialisability criterion adopted in a system. In this project, a set of recoverability theory for object-based databases will be derived and the performance of the proposed recovery mechanism will be evaluated.
