This project is funded by ITF and is a coordinated effort amongst CSE, Biochemistry and Medicine Departments to investigate the possible markers for diagnosis of lever cancer caused by Hepatitis B and its response to the therapy. It involves data mining on a large amount of gene sequences and clinical data.
