Connie Yuen is an Associate Professor at Department of Applied Data Science at Hong Kong Shue Yan University in Hong Kong, China. She received her B.Sc.(First Class Honors) and M.Phil. degree in Department of Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong. She completed for doctoral degree in Computer Science and Engineering in The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016. Her PhD supervisors are Prof. Irwin King and Prof. K. S. Leung. Before her appointment as an Assistant Professor at 2019, Dr. Yuen has over 10 years’ experiences on teaching at tertiary education and working on various research projects at different universities. Dr. Yuen’s research interests include crowdsourcing, human computation, big data application, data mining, machine learning and computer network. She is an IEEE Senior Member (SMIEEE), an ACM Senior Member (SMACM) and a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI).
