To display mahjong tile image on the designated tiles, we need Pattern Recognition.
Using ARToolKit Library for the Pattern Recognition, however, it implements with OpenGL.
To deal with DirectShow, ARTFilterDX is used.

Work on network parts using Winsock with Message Driven I/O
