  - The HKCEC rental of HKD $1,000 is heavily discounted rate made possible by the conference.
  - The cost of renting a projector for a day is around HKD $1,500.
  - Please bring your own computers.  There is no rental of computers.
  - Coffee/tea (approxiamtely 8 cups per pot) at HK$230 + 10% service charge per pot
  - European cookies at HK$70 + 10% delivery chage per dozen
  - All prices are subject to 10% service charge
