「真實」和「謊言」一起到河邊洗澡

我並非主張不求上進，只是主張對人對己都要有「同情的了解」，了

解美德的實現每每不是說那麼容易的，要有心理準備，常有進一步

或甚至進一步又退回原地的情況出現。 就算只能進一步又打回原

形，那仍然勝於從來沒有進過一步。 我是一個「寬於責人也寬於

責己」的人， 有時做得合乎理想，我認為已是很理想的了 對人性

越有深刻的了解，就不會對人對己要求過高。 比方說，人並不是

一種時刻不停發光的生物；能夠有時發出一點「人性的光輝」，就

已經很不錯的了。 以上的想法我稱之為「寬鬆原則」，或戲稱之為

「有時發光主義」。

 

這種「主義」反對過份鞭策別人，也反對過份鞭策自己。 鞭策過

份，會造成太大壓力，以至精神緊張，心理不平衡。 倘若不容許

有一刻鬆懈，不放過偶有一點「墮落」，結果不是變得虛偽就是變

得瘋狂。

此時此地，大中小學的教育並沒有大中小之分，全部都是大大大失

敗。 教育經費驚人？教育的結果更驚人。 學生在思考能力、語文

能力、常識視野、文化修養、品格素質諸方面的水平下降到什麼程

度，路人皆見，毋庸贅述。

 

問題是：何以如此？孰令致知？ 內情是：學生沒人理，還得承受

社會的指責。 那麼老師在幹甚麼呢？ 教師在強忍，怨氣沖天，發

覺自己跟本無法好好備課，教書，關注學生，因為沒有時間。 那

麼時間都跑到哪裏去了呢？ 時間都給偽專管理主義那套表面冠冕

堂皇而實則巧立名目弄虛作假的無聊規管消耗殆盡了。
